Bhubaneswar, 23rd May, 2016: While CBSE has declared its results for Class XII all over India, DAV Public School of Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar has achieved hundred percent success rates and the highest school average in the whole of Bhubaneswar zone and kept its stance intact like the previous years.
From Science, Commerce and Humanities, a total of 284 students appeared the exam and from which 281 students have secured 60% and above marks and have shaped a record of its own.
Out of 244 students appearing for Science stream, 243 have got more than 60%, 123 students have secured more than 90% and 25 students have secured more than 95% and above.
Subham Mishra has held the first position by getting a total of 479 out of 500 which is 95.80%. Likewise, Bedashree Aparna Sahoo, Swarnav Parida, Ananya Sahoo, Barun Sahoo bagged the second place with 478 i.e. (95.60%) each. Subham Swastik Samal, Sankalp Suhag Dash and Megha Madhusmita have become 3rd in school with 477 marks (95.40%) each.
A total of 123 students have scored more than 90% in Science stream. In Commerce stream, Pooja Mishra has become the school topper with 476 marks which is 95.20%, Yogesh Sahoo second school topper with 475 marks (95%) and Swapnil Kumar is the third topper with 474 marks (94.80%).
According in Humanities, Ananya Singh secured 94% becoming the first topper and Shreemayee Pati became the second topper with 83%.
The delighted students have been congratulated by the Principal cum Regional Director and the rest of the faculties of the school.
